Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they form a contract between you and us. By signing our Hosting Agreement, Website Design Agreement, Website Development Agreement, SEO Agreement, or Digital Marketing Agreement, you accept these terms.

We’ve kept these Terms and Conditions brief and easy to understand. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Terminology:

  • You (‘The Client’)

  • Us (TheWebTags, referred to as ‘the Company’)

  • The Project: The work we’re doing for you, which may include consultation, graphic design, website design, website development, digital marketing, SEO, and/or hosting.


What do both parties agree to?

i. The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide the Company with everything requested (like text, images, and other info) within a reasonable timeframe to complete the project.

  2. Submit text and images in the required format (see “Photographs and images” section).

  3. Review the Company’s work, give feedback, and provide approval promptly.

  4. Make every effort to stick to agreed deadlines.

  5. Follow the payment schedule listed on our prices page or as agreed for custom work.

  6. Notify us in advance if sharing any confidential information, and clearly mark it as ‘confidential’ in the email subject or document.

  7. Provide at least one month’s notice in writing or via email if you wish to cancel any contract.

ii. The Company agrees to:

  1. Deliver services professionally and on time.

  2. Make every effort to meet agreed deadlines.

  3. Allow a reasonable number of revisions to the design, layout, colors, etc., until you’re satisfied or until both parties agree an outcome is likely, but no more than two major revisions. Additional revisions or work outside the project scope will be charged separately.

  4. Complete requested website updates or revisions within 48 hours wherever possible. Revision limits per month depend on your support package, as detailed on our prices page.

  5. Keep skills and knowledge up to date through training and research.

  6. Contact you before the first 12 months end to discuss your options for ongoing website maintenance, support, and/or hosting.


iii. Online Payments:

All payments made through our online payment system follow these conditions:

  1. When you use the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your debit or credit card account in the chosen currency.

  2. Due to the processing time of external banking systems, there might be a delay of 1-3 days before your payment reflects in our records.

  3. Payments go directly to the TheWebTags bank account.

  4. Online payments are secure:

    • Payments are processed by a secure Payment Gateway.

    • Credit card numbers are encrypted for protection.

    • TheWebTags does not have access to your credit card details.

  5. Confirmation:

    • If your payment is successful, we will confirm it.


iv. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Please note: No refunds will be given if services are canceled.


v. Delivery Timeline:

The standard delivery timeline for any service will follow the agreed proposal.
